These General Contractual Conditions are intended to establish the terms and conditions governing the provision of travel services organized by HUMUS, LDA, headquartered at Rua Abade Paes, 21, Barcelos, with a share capital of € 250,000.00. registered at the Commercial Registry Office of Barcelos, with the unique registration and corporate number 509 343 589, travel agency with RNAVT 3139.

PAYMENT TERMS
The customer must pay 30% of the tour at the time of booking and 70% within 72 hours prior to the tour. If the tour is booked less than 24 hours, the customer must pay in full.RefundsThe customer is free to give up or cancel the tour free of charge before 48 hours of the tour with prior notice, after which time the tour must be paid in full.
CLAIMS
They may only be considered as long as they are submitted in writing within 20 days after the end of the services. They can only be accepted as long as they have been reported to the service providers (guides and local agents) during the course of the trip or stay and require the respective supporting documents.
DCUMENTATION
The client must have in good order their personal documentation, valid citizenship card and should be taken to the tour for identification.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
The customer may pay for the services through:

RESPONSABILITY
The responsibilities of the tour organizing agency are covered by Liability Insurance at Companhia de Seguros Fidelidade, policy No. RC64048316, in the amount of € 75,000.00 under current legislation.
